At the end of May, at the annual World Health Assembly, the World Health Organization (WHO) votes on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). Supported by Australia, the United States’ proposal was for 80 pages of changes that would turn the WHO into the world health police — 80 pages!
The WHO proposed egregious powers, including the ability to mandate vaccinations, medical procedures, lockdowns and border closures, and to detain individuals without due process. And yes, Australia really supported that. However, other nations are rightly now pushing back and as a result, the proposal has been watered down and the regulations are likely to remain advisory.
The WHO faces a dilemma: its constitution and its own IHR prohibit the vote. According to Schedule 2, Article 55 of the IHR, all matters subject to a vote must be circulated four months in advance. With only two months remaining, a Department of Health Freedom of Information request (FOI No. 4941) reveals that the changes are still being worked out. The requirement to provide advance notification to allow member nations time to debate and make decisions has not been met and CANNOT be met at this stage.
Additionally, Article 21 of the WHO’s constitution specifies that the regulations can only cover international measures. Their constitution does not provide for expanding IHR to cover our own Australian domestic health response, such as the closure of state borders.
The scheduled May 2024 vote is not only contrary to the WHO’s constitution, but also proposes a scope outside its constitution.
I urge the Australian Government not to participate in an illegal vote. Instead, it should use its influence to ask the WHO to complete the changes first and then provide all members the required four-month notice of an Extraordinary World Health Assembly, specifically for the purpose of debating and voting on these changes.
The rule of law must apply to everyone, including the World Health Organisation.

I asked the health minister to reconsider voting on the WHO changes because it will be challenged in the International Court of Justice under the new constitution’s article 75. This government wants to sign away more of our sovereignty and health decisions to the murdering rapists under WHO’s former terrorist leader, Tedros. This has happened to COUNTLESS TRUTH TELLERS and they say I have 180 days left to appeal or we’ll permanently disable your account. They then made me do an ID check to prove this account is mine by sending us a photo of your ID.
First it wouldn’t accept photo, it had to be marriage certificate/Driver’s license, which I am furious at having to do and very concerned – the tyranny of this Mark Zuckerberg and his Facebook etc., and others, is absolutely criminal.
Then I got a message that I submitted an appeal and check back for the result. your account is not visible to people on facebook and you can’t use it.
They they say, what happens next.
It usually take us just a day to review your information.
If we find your account does follow our community standards, you’ll be able to use facebook again.
If we find your account doesn’t follow our community standards it will be permanently disabled and you won’t be able to appeal again.
This Tyranny is absolutely criminal – what on earth are we going to do – when you have an allegedly totally corrupted mainstream media with deep conflicts of interest, facebook was the only way to get some truth to some people – mind you me and so many other people have been on ‘restricted news feeds’ since the covid fraud began.

Dear Malcolm, thank you for keeping this issue in the public limelight. It needs to be discussed by all Australians, as it will affect us all. The WHO have become a ‘Law Unto Themselves’ and seem to think that the world should kowtow to their agenda.
Where is the respect that is needed to show that Nations who have their own Constitutions and laws, need to be shown the respect due to them.
The WHO have never been elected by the people of Australia to be subjected to these hideous laws and regulations that they want to enforce upon the world.

There is no logic to the human society.
