The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is the professional body that registers medical practitioners. For example a doctor or nurse cannot work in those professions without approval from the AHPRA. AHPRA can suspend a medical practitioner for breaching the Practitioner’s Code of Conduct.
Recently AHPRA amended the code to include instructions to medical professionals that they must support the Government’s vaccine agenda in their words and actions, or their registration would be reviewed. Senator Roberts asked AHPRA how many medical professionals they have cautioned for wrong speak, placing their registration at risk. The figure was 108.
Of those 16 were then suspended, and a further 11 were suspended after defending their patient’s right to informed consent.
Unless a medical professional can talk openly with their patient, explain the procedure, explain the risks and explain alternatives a patient cannot give informed consent. AHPRA’s actions are in conflict with long-established legal principles surrounding patient care.
One Nation will continue to pursue this matter.

I fully agree with you. I am hoping that if and when AHPRA is dismantled that the new body is more adversarial rather than inquisitorial, and that doctors who are the subject of a complaint from a patient or a government body can access and utilise independent legal advice.

It’s not the first time deadly medicines, treatments have killed thousands before being withdrawn even for 5 years. So they are legalised criminals and noone seems to have enough clout to stop them.

AHPRA is an insult to our intelligence. It is a criminal organisation and needs to be dismantled. They are nothing but drug mules lobbying for big pharma. They are not working for the people of Australia, they are lining their own pockets at the expense of the Australian people.

Don’t forget AHPRA and the Board’s fundamental role in ensuring limited numbers of specialists are trained (insufficient for demographic needs) to increase fees and reduce competition in the market place. How many young doctors have been prevented from becoming specialists.

It should be of interest to all that the medical regulatory body in the USA is the FEDERATION OF STATE MEDICAL BOARDS and THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MEDICAL REGULATORY AUTHORITIES ( which very likely influences Australian medical boards as well as Canada and New Zealand) is a private organization located in Euless Texas. Funding for this group is unknown ( big pharma? Rockefeller family?). FSMB was created in 1912 to regulate doctors and in 1913 the private Federal Reserve ( US central Bank) and IRS were also created ( likely the Rockefellers and other industrialists). The international version is likely controlling all of the other medical boards around the world. I know my doctor profited from the covid program and lied and cocercied me into taking this poison at a time in life he knew I was susceptible, ie recovering from concussion. More so after this event I believe they have continued to lie and gaslight to the point where I have to seek a different doctor. The waiting time to see a public specialist has blown out to over a year and their claim is because of covid. Really makes it hard for people to have any trust in the medical profession, the one profession that we place the lives of ourselves and family in their hands.

The disconnect between the people’s interests and the political cabal is a disgrace that they themselves have created.

Best medical advice according to who? They never said. They only referred to their own bureaucrats as the only experts to trust and those sponsored by pharma and government. It was experimental! Therefore there is no expert evidence based advice. Only opinions. Every person is as unique internally as they look externally. Chaos theory dictates that it is impossible to know how any individual will respond to a medical treatment and therefore any treatment can only be the choice of the individual. No amount of public tests can determine otherwise. This simple principle voids any right to claim efficacy and safety or the rights to advise or demand anyone to participate in the program.
Is it true that the brother of Scott Morrison is a prominent member of AHPRA. If so, isn’t this a conflict of interest? It is time people ,particularly health practitioners ,read literature widely available, even though some libraries try to censor the readers. My own in Campbellown asked me such questions as :-Do you know that book is controversial? (R F Kennedy’s ‘The Real Anthony Fauci’) or told me that the book by Naomi Wolfe wasn’t available when it was and easily came from another library in our state when I insisted on ordering it. I am at present reading :-‘Turtles All the way Down’,not the novel but a book discussing the testing of vaccines and by anonymous authors because otherwise they could be punished by deregistration or losing their livelihoods. It is unbelievable that our supposed guardians of public health are behaving like Nazis did when they burned books and made certain segments of society pariahs. The film NEVER AGAIN by Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav is now available world wide and should be proscribed watching for all members of AHPRA . There are many more authors of great knowledge and integrity producing literature to inform and expand our thinking. Yes, they are not easy reading but the more one reads the easier the science becomes to interpret which at the very least gives us the reverse arguments not just a corrupt governments narrative. Quite frankly I do wonder at the ignorance and arrogance of the majority of our parliamentarians and bureaucrats. I and all my family realised from the start that the virus was an attempt to muzzle free speech,bodily autonomy and freedom of choice by attacking those who should have been researching and questioning. This is called critical thinking and surely medical persons of all sorts are reasonably well educated. Thank you Malcolm for being not only a critical thinker but a warrior for truth. Never again will we trust governments,media outlets of certain biased persuasions,hospitals ,the majority of medical practitioners the ,public service,what a misnomer ,or other so called pillars of society without finding out their credentials. Sweden has really shown the developed world that individuals are the best at looking after their own health – even during a pandemic. Individuals in Sweden were given the responsibility from the start and are now reaping the benefits. All other developed nations have endured periods of excess deaths that are still stretching medical resources.
Few government placed any priority on the the UN Declaration of Human Rights when it came to Covid response – Sweden aside. People were treated worse than cockroaches – locked up and forced to take dangerous vaccines to get their freedom. One day this may be viewed as a serious crime against humanity.

I echo all if the comments above. I had become disillusioned with politics in Australia until I started taking One Nation seriously. (I’m ashamed to say I believed the rubbish unloaded on the party without taking a closer look for myself – it took the pandemic and hearing Sen Malcom Roberts inquiry that showed there was still good political agents in place). You guys are doing well in the face of misinformation and a small budget. You are truly the underdog and are worth your weight in gold. Surely its only a matter of time before people twig as to the truth of our political situation and that the major parties have sold us out. Habits are hard to break & generational voting is an example of that. Hang in there, something has got to give soon.

As the Older Brother of the Prime Minister at the time was chair of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Committee on Paramedicine and also the chair of Government’s Health Services Working Group, he could well have influenced the Agency’s actions. These were a convenient way for the Federal Government to avoid challenges arising from the Nuremberg Convention of which Australia is a signatory. The PM needed the protection as he was a member of the World Economic Forum, a major player in the COVID 19 pandemic, and featured in a 2017 video in which Klaus Swab boasted of the WEF’s success in penetrating Governments around the World, eg, with Ardern, Trudeau, Macron, Johnson, Merkel and so on.
Also in that Federal Cabinet, the Minister of Health was previously the Strategy Director of the WEF for 2000-2001. He had a Mother and two Brothers who were academics and researchers in pharmacology which may have lead to the idea of causing a pandemic to be followed by World-wide vaccination in order to achieve the WEF’s ambition of ‘One World Government’ over an ideal World population of 1 billion persons, ie, 7 out of every 8 of us have to die. Furthermore the vaccination was to alter the human DNA to make those left more amenable to slavery under the ultra-rich WEF members running the One World Government.
In the 1970-80’s, Canadian representative to the UN, Maurice Strong, was instrumental in creating the UN IPCC aimed at demonizing CO2 in order to cause an economic collapse to be followed by a take-over by the WEF. He was an avowed communist, millionaire and member of the WEF. When the year 2000 arrived and there was little sign of success, the WEF could have decided that they needed a new strategy to achieve World domination and advised their Director of Strategy accordingly.
There followed 2 decades of research papers and patents relating to the corona virus and possible vaccinations. This ended as the newly floated research company, specialising in mRNA as a new means of health care, was on the verge of bankruptcy saved in the nick of time by an outbreak of the new COVID19 pandemic.
Well said too much bullying has been going on concerning covid 19 and as a result can doctors really be truthful or hold on to their commitment to their patients. If patients are asked everytime they see the doctor if they have any symptoms of coughs colds or fever isn’t that a contradiction and wouldn’t that make the patients the doctor. Because that is what the doctor should establish. Why turn doctors and other health professionals into silent assassins?

Only 27 doctors and about 6-8 handfuls of other health professionals needed to be suspended to bully 850,000 health professionals into “toeing the party line” or getting out of their profession or out of Australia. There have been other ways to ‘muzzle’ teachers, police officers, fire/emergency officers, public servants; the list goes on.
As a patient, and the husband of a patient, I object that my contract with our GP or Specialist or Nurse has been overridden by AHPRA. These practitioners, like all of their colleagues have mortgages to pay and families to feed, clothe and support and AHPRA is threatening to prevent them from earning a livlihood by giving their honest opinion about the advantages and disadvantages, the cost/benefit analysis of particular treatments in a country that is supposed to permit free speech.
And the AHPRA wants to dictate that these professionals “must support the Government’s vaccine agenda in their words and actions.” But the AHPRA and the Government and its departments suppress all information contrary to their point of view on this subject, will not debate the subject in public or privately and refuse to “enter into any correspondence on the matter”. That is getting remarkably close to what I consider a dictator is doing, for example in Russia.
