There has been no lawfully appointed Government since Federation, thanks to Western Australia, they were the last state to join the Federation before our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901 was proclaimed and Gazetted. Here is why. this research was carried out By Wayne Glew, one of the most conversant people on the laws contained in the above constitution. Before Federation, there were only 6 colonies of England here. And when they became States at federation they had in place their individual Constitutions brought forward from their previous Status as Colonies. Queen Victoria set these Constitutions under her letters patents, which means that only a Monarch re: Herself before her death could alter them or remove them, and those monarchs of England after her gained that privilege while they were on the throne of England. and at present it is King Charles III of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who Holds these letters patents. So, Western Australia removed 32 Clauses from their original Constitution prior to Federation, without approval from Queen Victoria, thus breaching the Letters patent and thus annulled Western Australia as a lawful State Entity. Therefore, instead of there being 6 Lawful States at Federation, There were only 5 lawful States. Now when you read the Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and Gazetted, to hold a Federal Election it clearly says that the candidates must be picked from the 6 States of the Commonwealth, But we only have 5 Lawful States at federation, so! Therefore there could not be an election held to form a Federal Government from then until now as there must be 6 lawful States involved in a Federal Election. So the provision to hold Elections for the Federal Parliament was breached. s. 128 of our 1901 Constitution says that the only way our Constitution can be altered is through s.128 via a referendum. But even if there was a referendum it would be invalid because only a Monarch can Change the letters patent. Since Federation all the States have removed their original Constitutions under letters patents without the Consent of our Monarchs since federation. Therefore there are no Lawful State Legislatures or Federal Legislatures. All sit in treason. Also, these unlawful Legislatures sign up to many foreign powers without asking the people via s.128. And by doing so they breached s 44 of the Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and gazetted, and also clause 5 of the preamble to our constitution. there are no such entities as governments, prime ministers, premiers, chief ministers or Magistrates, and the ACT and the Northern Territory do not exist in Constitutional law, there had to be referendums carried out for those possibilities. so they both sit in treason of our Constitution. It follows that if we accept the above as fact and can be proven via research and documentation, then How to vote becomes redundant, pointless, unless of course the population at large want to continue to contribute to their own demise and end up in total slavery. The list of Export Meatworks wiped out by Live Cattle Exports include Mareeba,Cairns, Innisfail, Ross River Townsville, Pentland, Bowen, Tennant Creek ,Mt Isa, Katherine, Darwin, Kimberley, Murgon, Maryborough, Roma, Nowadays the amazing Brahman cattle are heavier, so more economical to process & have the sought after premium priced 90CL beef, but many are being processed in a modern plant in Vietnam & the balance in Wet Markets where the transfer of virus from animal to human is possible. Indonesian consumers have shown that their top priority preference between frozen, hot meat & species is price. Yet Australia persists with Live Cattle Exports which has delayed development of Northern Oz by decades because there is no motivation to finish/fatten cattle & so big companies like the AACo are holding onto large Water Entitlement that could be used to finish cattle. The CSIRO says the ratio of human useful protein produced from grass fed beef is 1600 to 1 & for Grain Fed 2 to 1. To make matters worse Beef Barons such as CPCo ,Hughes Family & AACo are breeding the 50% efficient Wagyu on northern leasehold land to spend 400 days in southern self regulated feedlots without cruelty transparency. The EU rejects beef over 50 day feedlot stays & the University of Colorado has linked animal fat to stress & other research has linked fat to poor sleep. No Oz research on Oz grain fed beef using wheat & barley is a Red Flag so is Oz Grain Fed Beef not labeled Grain Fed while the Shadow Minister for northern Oz is a Beef Barron (MDH Pty Ltd ). The destruction by wiping out northern Oz Processing where 49% of the herd live does not end there, it has installed concentrated processing ownership linked to grain feedlotting in southern Oz & some of the Processors are facing Fraud & wage underpaying charges in the USA.. Having a feedlot supply gives processors an advantage in setting carcass weight grid prices for Grass Fed producers. No processing in northern Oz means cattle for processing are having to travel from the Kimberley to Victoria, it also means stronger bushfires & councils wanting to declare the mighty Buffel grass a pest .. Supplying the domestic market from Export Processing Plants has been a price disaster for Oz consumers & the Processors are keeping the cheap healthy mutton & Goat out of Supermarkets & sending it to markets like the USA & China where it will not interfere with Live Cattle Exports. Beef Barons like MDH Pty Ltd & NAPCo are sending cattle from the Gulf & Channel country to grain self regulated feedlots on the Darling Downs then to a processor then as meat around OZ perhaps to Darwin. Previous to Live Cattle Exports MDH Pty Ltd & NAPCo finished/fattened their cattle at home & processed them at one of the Aussie Meatworks in northern Oz. Oz has 1.45m cattle in feedlots = 5.3 million per year out of a herd of 28 million , Brazil has 7 million grain fed cattle per year out of a herd of 234 million & is making inroads into traditional Oz markets like Japan & Indonesia despite the Oz MLA telling the media how great the demand for Grain Fed beef is. The Oz beef industry has paddock to plate carcass competitions sponsored by processors which are Paddock to Feedlot ( 70 to 120 days) which rewards high excessive marbling which is not necessary & can be obtained without HGPs with genetics. The strategy of the MLA to grow the industry is to have more cattle in grain feedlots for longer thus " Fat is Good" is their slogan. The difficulty that the AACo have in selling their mothballed Darwin Processing Plant says that Processing cannot be restored to northern Oz without shutting down Live Cattle Exports . Anybody who thinks that Labor or the LNP will shut down Live Cattle Exports is a Dreamer. That the Leader of the pro Live Cattle Exports Sir Graham McCamley , Bob Katter MP , the ABC & NFF remain mute says plenty about them.
