You used to be able to do 100ks on the freeway driving. Sounds perfectly normal right. Now every single time I'm on it, I'm driving 40 -60 ks and sometimes just complete stop for no reason. Why didn't this happen 10,15 years ago ? I also noticed a lot of traffic or car accidents, when I look out the window, they are Indian people. It is a fact that they have caused more cars on roads as well as accidents and I have noticed since their mass migration here to to live the dream of working at 7/11 and uber drivers, car Insurance has gone up - a lot! I paid $550 10 years ago. It doubled when they came in. I'm not racist. All people deserve to be not treated badly because of their skin, background. But as those nationalities came in, far too many, things in my view changed very badly for Australians. And I myself do get very tired of the traffic in my erea and see it is them driving.

If we taxed our gas exports instead of giving it away for free then we could solve the housing crisis and many other broken policies, even "One nation", who i thought to vote for will not comment if they are going to do anything about it! This is actually incorrect for the only consistent information I could find (for Sydney unfortunately). in 1990 the average interest only payment on the average wage for the average house price in Sydney was about 108% of that total wage when it was 17%, earlier this year just before the interest rate cut and using the upper bound of interest rates (7.24%) using the same metrics it was 105%. Both are horrendous examples of not being able to afford to live, but we should also remember the 1990 one lasted for 6 months, this period now is going to be a never ending loop of misery for those on lower incomes trying to get into the housing market.
