One Nation’s plan to reduce electricity bills by 20% isn’t like an Albanese promise - it can be done and very simply, here’s how.
Over the last twenty years electricity prices have skyrocketed due to a bunch of rules and regulations that stop the grid from operating normally.
Wind and solar power are given right of way, forcing coal to turn off whenever they decide to work (which is unpredictable).
Coal power stations aren’t designed to work this way, turning on and off, they are baseload power and meant to always be on. Asking them to shut down leads to higher maintenance costs, higher electricity prices and even power stations literally blowing up.
The fix is just simply changing those rules so that baseload generators are guaranteed a minimum percentage to keep themselves running 24/7 and avoid the expensive shutdowns and start-ups.
This is possible when you ditch net-zero and the climate change department, which is also One Nation’s policy.
It’s all part of our plan to put more money back in your pocket.

Australian people. Should have the cheapest electricity in the World! Australia has it all that's needed. To produce. Electricity, what's the reason behind the rises in the first place?
you have heaps of good ideas, but you need to join forces with a couple of the other similar parties to even make a dent in what the duo/monopoly parties are doing
Well done malcolm keep.up thr great work
Who’s rules . Who’s rules are they and who elected them
That would be Awesome 👌 👏
Sounds good to me Malcolm.
Vote one Pauline Hanson's One Nation Party
YT new generation Chinese & U.S coal fired scrubber plants , emissions are a myth.
It's going to happen anyway. BP just backed out of renewable. Oil and gas all the way.
That’s what needs to happen.
Take the carbon tax off all the some
Hope you’re ready for the floods, mate
💯
Renewables are failing to deliver reliable and cheap energy so keep coal stations going. If China and India (36% of the world's population) can continue to build more coal power stations, why should we shut ours down?
The reason prices are this high is because conservative governments sold off public assets, and shareholders demand never ending growth Nothing to do with renewables Just corporate greed Get it right you lying arsehole As if you’ll ever be in a position to make policy anyway
You are a complete idiot if you think coal fired power stations are switching on and off. It beggars belief some of the dumb things you say. I assume you think that someone squirts the coal with water, to shut the station down. And then to start them up again, they throw newspaper underneath, and light it up. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Senator Malcolm Roberts Now this is a solution with an immediate affect for all Australians 👍
Malcolm, your wasting your time. Most of the electorate are to stupid to be educated. We may need our 1776.

It’s more of a crunch than a pinch.
Popularity is waning
Please don't tell me you or Pauline are feeling the pinch? I read her estimated wealth is $22 million and sure to be a lot more when voters x the ballot paper. Are you feeling the pinch from the rising cost of living? You're not alone, and we want to help. Increase or decrease ? This forum is not just about presenting our plans; it's about listening to your thoughts and concerns too. And doing what about them SFA as per your responses to questions regarding Our Legal Constitution
Malcolm, can you do a deep dive into the Inland Rail Cost overuns. Led to believe its just like Snowy 2 in cost blowouts. Believe there is a lot of graft, paper bags, union go slows etc. Union labour hire .. Would be an interestingfocused forensic accounting exercise. Perhaps some honest investigative journalists might be interested. Trust me the info is on the money
There used to be inland rail and it was ripped up and closed down
“Are you feeling the pinch from the rising cost of living? You’re not alone, an we want to help “ 🤔 “Our country is under attack from within” 🤔 Seriously, how stupid do you think people are? 🤦🏼♀️ To quote your own words “While Australians are sleeping on the street” How is “putting Australians first” when you’ve voted to retain a payment of $120,000 to any politician who is defeated in the coming (fraudulent) election? When you’re out, you’re out! No, you cannot help yourselves to a parting payment from our taxpayers monies! The sheer audacity is outrageous! All Australians should be outraged at this deception of our taxpayers monies! Absolutely no wonder Australians are in a cost of living crisis! www.facebook.com/share/1BZjQFVoNQ/?mibextid=WC7FNe

Blackrock and vanguard screwing us into poverty! That’s the trouble when politicians are bribed pedos
Not even a 3,000km outback drive will stop me from attending Senate Estimates.
Parked under a tree on the side of the road in Morven questioning the eSafety Commissioner.

So Senator Malcolm Roberts, there appears to be no reason then as to why other senators from other parties are not attending parliment. Hmmm so we know who is actually working for the people
Thankyou 🌹. Maybe I'm a nerd, but I love Senate Estimates! It's the only way I can find out what's really on. Especially when those being questioned have no interest in providing specific answers
They shouldn’t be in our government anyone not born here.
Your a great bloke Malcolm, vote one Nation .
Hardest working politician in Australia malcom..great work as usual!

Working hard as usual.
Very rarely do I comment but you are an absolute legend. You are an example that politicians of all stripes should take as an example of serving the people who elected you.
Great place to get your head together ❤️
Must be better than sitting in Canberra 👍
Take care
You’re a bloody legend mate
Am I missing something? Who? provided input into what? And outputs of what? A bit of context would be helpful
So who’s your driver? 😆
Who elected the e- Commissioner? Really, no-one. Another unelected, bureaucrat, one who comes from America and who is dictating to us.
I guessing you are using Starlink as a mobile phone service would non existent out there.
Sounds like the infamous E COMMISSAR
3000 km drive would put most people off attending a senate estimates - glad you have the determination to do so and appreciate your questions when you get there !

BREAKING: YouTube has suddenly banned me from uploading, posting or live streaming for two weeks
The reason given is dozens of videos, some more than 6 months old, that have only now been flagged as an issue.
This includes multiple videos calling for a COVID Royal Commission.
Thank you for meme, David
I co-signed the Digital ID Repeal Bill alongside Senators Antic, Babet, Canavan, Hanson and Rennick, which was introduced into the Senate earlier today.
