Solve the housing crisis for Australian citizens. Homes should NOT be in the investment market. Only Australian first home buyer citizens eligible. Zero deposit. Sold at cost. Zero GST on materials and labour Australian citizens only to live in the home. Only Australian made products used in the construction. Zero stamp duty.
