There’s a doco out at the moment produced by Delvene Delaney about Hodges and Strop. Well worth watching
One Nation believes Aussie seniors deserve the freedom to work in jobs to supplement their income WITHOUT losing their pension.
Let's reward hard work, not punish it.

If they can they should if they want to and not lose there pension just like the government don’t they can have millions and still get a full pension
Great that you are helping out with this. But what a sad state of affairs for our country that we have to rely on seniors to go to work because so many of our younger citizens won't.
Can’t even get a pension if you own a rental for income And it’s not like you make much anyway
It's the transfer of knowledge that is more valuable than anything..we need more of this
Why cant farmers get pension?
Politicians get huge pensions and 15.5% superannuation benefits and they can go on to other jobs without any of their payouts being taxed, but politicians in the major parties think that pensioners in the public sector are asking too much
There's no incentive to work due to the tax you'll pay yet you need to work to keep up with the cost of living. The reality that working isn't everyone's idea of retirement is in itself very depressing. Excellent if you can get this happening.
Pensions shouldn’t be taxed at all
Or maybe the people who work for 40 or 50 years should get the same pension as a politician who works for 8 years.
Politicians do it, so only fair public can too
They do this in Germany great idea
If only we can, struggling on the pension is so hard, with high rents cost of living and other bills we are living from week to week. 😢😢
Most pensioners have already worked enough!! They should not have to work any more to pay ridiculous rent and other cost of living. They should be looked after much better than they are.
Pensioners should be receiving enough money to retire.
Fantastic idea. Working allows people to stay connected and it wards off loneliness. It brings people of all ages together. Every workplace needs a senior person…they are very valuable indeed.
I also think overtime should be tax free , any hours worked outside of your normal hours . This would free up money for people to spend and boost the economy ! This is one of the incentives Germany used after WW2 to encourage people to work harder and rebuild the country.
Absolutely ridiculous that pensioners cannot work as much as they choose. Living on the pension and paying Sydney rent is impossible. The tax paid on income earned would subsidise the pension paid to an individual......no brainer.
40k untaxed, still get pension. Same for centerlink. That will only just get people by
Yay You’ve got me Nurse of 50 yrs Lost my job through covid Forced to sell our property Working again at 69 years But it sure knocks our pension around As a couple it affects husband too So wrong
You have my vote
Senator Malcolm Roberts can you possibly make it that the politicians have the same rules as the rest of us when it comes to pensions etc.
It should be that pensioners dont need to work and the pension should be at least doubled fir REAL AUSTRALIANS and not those who have only been here less than 20yrs...they need to contribute....many have paid in to The Pension Plan that was worth Billions before it was stolen by Hawke and Keating..reinvented as centrelink like we are a burden on society when these political thieves STOLE OUR MONEY AND OWE US
Increase the aged pension so that they can survive without working!
I agree with this but it needs to be the same for everyone, all pensioners and everyone receiving Centrelink payments to provide better incentive to work, in fact everyone should be receiving a basic income to ensure no one is struggling anymore, it would give people more flexibility to live and work just as seniors are presented here to have the flexibility to live and work without losing the pension, I'm sure we can all agree given how much everyone is struggling now everyone deserves a break and not lose their payments while working.
stop deducting pensioner payments just because your spouse is working AND PAYING TAX. Pauline please stop the tax man stealing my pension from me because my wife works.
One Nation makes no apology for our stance on foreign ownership of Australian property.
Other countries don't allow foreign ownership, so why do when we have Australians sleeping on the street?

Yes They have to be all Band from Buying any of our Properties.
Totally agree, we can't buy in their countries, not that I would want too.
Stop selling our country 🇦🇺 stop immigration protect against China share our resources at home asset test public servants advance Australia fair 🇦🇺🇦🇺
I agree
My brother in law Australian married a Cambodian lady and lived in Cambodia He brought a house and lots of land Every thing had to be put in his Cambodian wife name He could not own any property there Why-do we allow and encourage foreign ownership Would like an answer…..
Exactly 100%
Totally agree.
Keep on it,Turn the tables
Dont wait 2 years,,, you want to save the housing crisis in australia,, 6 weeks.
Foreign companies have been buying more than residential houses. They have bought thousands of acres of our farmlands, they have bought our companies and they have been allowed to buy residential property. If an international buyer comes in and offers 2 or 3 times the price of an asset in Australia you can bet the seller is going to let them find a way and sell it to them. It's a little bit too late to try and stop them now mate
Yes i totally Agree.
The duopoly have been selling off our sovereignty since WW2. We were never informed that our sovereignty was part of the British debt settlement of WW2. Whitlam tried to buy back Australia and we saw what happened to him. Then there was Harold Holt who is still swimming with the sharks off Cheviot Beach.
Any housing any land any bussiness
We can’t just go into other people countries and buy their land, the major problem is there buying our prime farming land and abbitors ect and sending it overseas it wrong, this goverment is hell bent on destroyin our farmers, they need to be helped and protected thats our food source
ABSOLUTELY THEY SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO OWN PROPERTY!
Even so, they are getting in to our councils/parliament making it easier for family/friends to get citizenship.
Yes yes yes, same goes for farm land, ports, factories and infrastructure. We should also ban them from their renewable contracts. No Australian money should be leached out of the country.
Totally agree
Great party one Nation
Yes Dutton would rather spend $20 billion on outsourcing Money goes offshore Than 6 billion on local jobs that That spend $$$ in Australia Yes that makes great sense 👏
Election Time… But What Are We Really Voting For? Everyone’s moaning about power bills and mortgage rates – yeah, they’re brutal. But let’s not forget how we got here. You complied without a fight. Locked in your homes. Masked up. Force-jabbed just to keep your job. Silenced if you dared to question any of it. While we were distracted and divided, small businesses were crushed. Big corporations made billions. The government printed money like it was Monopoly cash. Now you’re "free" – but rent's doubled, groceries are a joke, and owning a home feels impossible. The middle class is disappearing right in front of us. This isn’t just inflation. This is the price of compliance. And now they roll out the red carpet for another election — a carefully staged show where the choices all feel the same. The faces change, but the system doesn’t. This isn’t a political post. It’s a wake-up call. We can’t vote our way out of a broken system if we keep playing by its rules. Think for yourself. Speak up. Stop settling for breadcrumbs and calling it freedom. Australia deserves better. But it starts with remembering how we got here — and refusing to forget. #PriceOfCompliance #ElectionWakeUp #ThinkBeforeYouTick #AustraliaDeservesBetter
Yes yes yes that's exactly correct the government should demand that enough is enough people can't find anywhere to live in any more
How about permanent residents?
Put the majors last this election
