MALCOLM ROBERTS
Senator for Queensland with One Nation
With a long history of seeking the truth, Malcolm believes Parliament needs to return to the facts to get back on track. Malcolm’s areas of focus include:
Building dams and water infrastructure such as the Hybrid-Bradfield Scheme and exposing mismanagement of the Murray Darling Basin.
Reducing electricity prices, increasing the supply of reliable energy and ending the government obsession with renewables.
Ending the control of unelected bureaucrats over Australia’s way of life, exiting the United Nations and restoring our sovereignty.
Opposing full foreign ownership of Australian land and forcing multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax.

“The decades of Government inaction on issues in the, ‘too hard’ basket is killing our country. We’re not afraid to listen and take up the things affecting Australians everyday.”
With a strong background in engineering, mining and business leadership, Malcolm brings a real world perspective to Parliament that the ranks of major party lawyers and former union bosses miss.
He has led the operational development of Australia’s largest and most complex underground coal project, setting many new industry firsts.
After being disqualified along with 14 others from sitting in Parliament in the 2017-18 eligibility crisis, Malcolm campaigned for election again in 2019 where he was successful with a huge increase in vote.

During this session, basic answers were provided, but little interest was shown in understanding the potential environmental catastrophe at hand. I was simply referred to the department's submission to the fire ant inquiry.
When I posed questions, Officials showed minimal interest in providing answers. They frequently redirected questions to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and appeared unaware of the gravity of the issues raised.
Some of the questions were taken on notice, but I was offered little substantive information. It was clear that they were not fully informed on their responsibilities and showed little genuine concern for environmental protection.

It should be a simple yes we will stop funding until environmental impact assessment is completed. What's wrong with these people that have to take every question on notice .
oh they are so frustrating. Quite happy to implement programmes but run away when held accountable.
The EPA would be all over me as a pest controller and I’d sure as he’ll be held accountable. Yet apparently because it’s a government strategy it’s perfectly acceptable to poison the environment. Also the approach from the beginning has been wrong. Indiscriminate poisoning doesn’t work. Invicta will create a raft and float on water. That’s why they spread. The spread of poison is called inversion drift anyone who lives near a cropping environment knows this. The invicta builds a nest anything up to 2 metres below ground. They do however respond readily a vibrational threat which could have been utilised in the initial instance of discovery. A bit more challenging now. As for passing the buck to another department. That seems to be a standard practice for government on all levels. Anything on notice basically means I don’t give a fig and I’ll do nothing about Looking forward to the day any these bureaucratic ticks are held to account. As if that’ll ever happen. Do the math on how many penalty points would be dished out to an individual.
I bet she’s never been out of her office except for coffee
This whole take it on notice BS has got to stop they should have the answers ready to go
Sadly you’re pointing out our Government Appointees at work. What’s their excuse for incompetence - that Aussies are mugs.
Keep the flame on these blatantly cortupt inept bare face lying Deep State agenda riddled buracracies. Help is on the way.
What a bunch of morons run Australia
Such BS, no accountability

Why are the Australian taxpayers paying those people. Clearly they don't give a damn.
It's time we stop apologising and challenge the establishment, reclaiming our freedom from the grip of control.
Together, we can resist tyranny and protect our liberties from overreach like internet IDs and social credit systems.
Let's be the rebels who defend truth and justice for all.

Australian Human Rights Commission. The UN General Assembly adopted the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) on 16 December 1966. ICCPR Article 19 states: 1. Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference. 2. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice. 3. The exercise of the rights provided for in paragraph 2 of this article carries with it special duties and responsibilities. It may therefore be subject to certain restrictions, but these shall only be such as are provided by law and are necessary: (a) For respect of the rights or reputations of others; (b) For the protection of national security or of public order, or of public health or morals. Freedom of Opinion and Expression General Comment 34 on Article 19 emphasises that freedom of expression and opinion are the foundation stone for a free and democratic society and a necessary condition for the promotion and protection of human rights. This General Comment addresses in detail: · freedom of opinion · freedom of expression · freedom of expression and the media · the right to access to information · the importance of freedom of expression in a democratic society · the application of Article 19.3 on permissible limitations on freedom of information and expression · the scope for limitations on freedom of expression in certain areas · the relationship between articles 19 and 20. Freedom of information, expression & democracy General Comment No. 25 deals with freedom of expression in the context of participation in public affairs and the right to vote. The Human Rights Committee has stated that: Citizens also take part in the conduct of public affairs by exerting influence through public debate and dialogue with their representatives or through their capacity to organize themselves. This participation is supported by ensuring freedom of expression, assembly and association. In order to ensure the full enjoyment of rights protected by article 25, the free communication of information and ideas about public and political issues between citizens, candidates and elected representatives is essential. This implies a free press and other media able to comment on public issues without censorship or restraint and to inform public opinion. It requires the full enjoyment and respect for the rights guaranteed in articles 19, 21 and 22 of the Covenant, including freedom to engage in political activity individually or through political parties and other organizations, freedom to debate public affairs, to hold peaceful demonstrations and meetings, to criticize and oppose, to publish political material, to campaign for election and to advertise political ideas. Legal Protections for freedom of expression Common law protection A well-established principle of statutory interpretation in Australian courts is that Parliament is presumed not to have intended to limit fundamental rights, unless it indicates this intention in clear terms. This includes freedom of expression. See our page on common law rights and parliamentary scrutiny. Constitutional law protection The Australian Constitution does not explicitly protect freedom of expression. However, the High Court has held that an implied freedom of political communication exists as an indispensable part of the system of representative and responsible government created by the Constitution. It operates as a freedom from government restraint, rather than a right conferred directly on individuals. In Nationwide News Pty Ltd v Wills (1992) 177 CLR 1 and Australian Capital Television Pty Ltd v the Commonwealth (1992) 177 CLR 106, the majority of the High Court held that an implied freedom of political communication exists as an incident of the system of representative government established by the Constitution. This was reaffirmed in Unions NSW v New South Wales [2013] HCA 58. Protection in State and Territory human rights laws Section 16 of the Human Rights Act 2004 (ACT) states that: 1. Everyone has the right to hold opinions without interference. 2. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of borders, whether orally, in writing or in print, by way of art, or in another way chosen by him or her. The rights in this act are subject to section 28: 1. Human rights may be subject only to reasonable limits set by Territory laws that can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society. 2. In deciding whether a limit is reasonable, all relevant factors must be considered, including the following: 3. the nature of the right affected; b. the importance of the purpose of the limitation; c. the nature and extent of the limitation; d. the relationship between the limitation and its purpose; e. any less restrictive means reasonably available to achieve the purpose the limitation seeks to achieve. Section 15 of the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 (Vic) provides: 1. Every person has the right to hold an opinion without interference. 2. Every person has the right to freedom of expression which includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, whether within or outside Victoria and whether- (a) orally; or (b) in writing; or (c) in print; or (d) by way of art; or (e) in another medium chosen by him or her. 1. Special duties and responsibilities are attached to the right of freedom of expression and the right may be subject to lawful restrictions reasonably necessary- (a) to respect the rights and reputation of other persons; or (b) for the protection of national security, public order, public health or public morality.
Vigorous resistance is essential!
No apologies from me.
Go Malcolm they need to be stopped now. People have had enough

Today in ‘finally, some good news,’ infamous extremist and Sandy Hook denier Alex Jones has lost what’s left of his farce of a media company to possibly the funniest possible option: The Onion. The satirical news site won the bankruptcy auction to take control of Jones’ rubble of a media empire, Free Speech Systems. Ben Collins, the chief executive of The Onion’s parent company Global Tetrahedron, said in an interview that the new InfoWars will be a parody of itself, mocking ‘weird internet personalities’ like Jones. The cherry on this delicious cake is that the purchase was sanctioned by the family members of the Sandy Hook victims, the group Jones owes $1.5 billion to for all the conspiracy theories he spread about the loss of their loved ones during the 2012 school shooting. The families sued Jones in 2018 for defamation and, of course, he didn’t have that money, so in 2022 he filed for bankruptcy. The sale of his company was part of the liquidation of his assets to pay off the verdicts.
I apologise for nothing
As a person once said it is time now.
Long Live Freedom !!!!
Nice appearance on the onion Senator Malcolm Roberts. I guess your buddy shouldn't have mouthed off about dead kids.
Senator Malcolm Roberts Malcolm, does the Age Verification go to the Senate like the MAD Bill???
Awareness and ability to see through the illusions and programming from the ruling class will help you not to be enslaved. Set yourself free from the prison of their ideas and false control. My soul isn't for sale.
Yep. Cooker fighting against non-existent problems.
I can't wait to get my freedom back, oh wait, I haven't lost any
Definitely 💯 👍🏿. I’m a proud Indigenous man and it’s so totally wrong of this current PM running this country looking to appease my fellow indigenous peoples with reparations for past wrongs. Why should they be paid monies for something they never went through or suffered ?…..as long as nothing like that doesn’t happen again ever….we as Australians must move forward together as it will only escalate the real division we currently have.
okay, so originally we couldn’t buy an ev motor vehicle because they were considered woke, but now that Musk is running America we can purchase a Tesla?
👍

When can we in Australia stand up and be offended with the Palestinian protestors stopping the Myer Christmas display opening. Who can we prosecute for stopping our Normal Christmas activities?
Look at the innacurate guff you put out Mal. The same "freedom", sovrins want to ban tic toc. They want to home school in case the kids see a rainbow flag. You have called for controls on social media before. Brooderbond Elon spread hate speech from foreign agitators thru X that resulted in race riots in Britain.🐐
Humanity worldwide is waking up to the Globalist communist agenda undermining Western Nation's Sovereignty . PATRIOTISM ENDS GLOBALISM
Just tell these indigenous entitled ones to Rack off .
Australians deserve the truth about our economic reality, not sugar-coated statistics.
While the official CPI reports 3.8% inflation, the actual cost of living for most working Australians is a staggering 6.2%
We need policies to end the inflation burden created by both major parties. Australia has everything we need right here to be the richest country in the world. It simply requires the guts to make common-sense decisions - and only One Nation has that guts!

One Nation is awesome wish it would be possible for one of you to be PM
It’s about the value of our money going down the gurgler. It’s not that prices have gone up. This is why interest rates go up. They put too much money in the market by lending electronic money that did not exist.
Thank you Senator Roberts God Bless
We wish it was 6.2.
Yes, the drovers dog could have advised against Morrison’s over reach with Covid payments to corporations that didn’t need it … and labour has missed the opportunity to put a brake on inflation and the resulting upward pressure on interest rates. Economics 101.
You didn't included pet care and pet food..that's costly desex cost these days $1000 dollars (female)
Change your name to OUR Nation
And stop lying about us having a surplus.
Dissolve the Government ! Create a New and Revised System of Governance ! A Small Government ! Dispose of Both Major Parties ! They are Beholding to the Corporation Masquerading as a Government and Big Bankers - A.I.P.A.C - The W.E.F - The Globalists One World Controlled Order - They have Sold Australian down the Drain - Sellouts ! Do not need them anywhere near Government ! Create a Small and revised Government Between all the Minor Parties - Those with Commonsense ! Those who will Give their Loyalty and Concentration to Australia FIRST - For the Australian People FIRST- For the Australian Economy FIRST
Well for starters both major parties are guilty of allowing Australia’s manufacturing sector to disappear thanks to their love of cheap foreign imports that come from China and other overseas countries .
same criminal corporations worldwide
Australian manufacturers have to pay their staff a fair wage while the Chinese can pay their workers next to nothing and the government doesn’t make you give the workers a fair wage in China so how can Australian manufacturers compete with these cheap foreign imports.
Destroy the reserve bank and you destroy inflation. Cancel household debt and you create stimulus. Ban fees on workers getting money from the wages in the bank A jubilee is the cancellation of debt. Ban credit cards. Fines. Gst. Lobbying is banned as is enrichment of politicians by corporations and entering corporations. And ban taxes going to the Roman curior aka the Caesar.
Senator Malcolm Roberts can you explain to me (and I’m certain everyone else would like to know) how One Nation will reduce inflation?
Budget gymnastics just like global warming statistics, create solutions to provide desired results
Absolutely disgusting. 😥😡

You should be pm... your got my vote.. sleaze bo needs to go... an the liberal party are shit to....
Iff America is in a recession well so is Australia
If you actually gave a shit, which you don’t, and had the solutions to our so called economic problems, which you also don’t, you’d work in a tri-partisan way to help by espousing your fantastic solutions that both of the other parties would see as awesome. But alas, you have nothing but conspiracies and noise. You’re as dumb as a rock, and somehow my taxes pay your salary to waste everyone’s time. By the way, on a positive note, your lunatic mate, the bankrupt Alex Jones, just had his precious infowars pulled from under him by the satirical website, the Onion. Kind of like the Shovel or the Chaser here in Australia, they have great plans for it.
www.facebook.com/share/p/1Cm5tFdLCc/? Well Albow has plans to make inflation and interest rates skyrocket much much further
Australia is shit.
If the greedy blood sucking Bankster's, would lower interest rates, that would help lower inflation on the working people for a change.
The CPI in every western nation has been a heavily manipulated load of bollocks for decades.
