MALCOLM ROBERTS
Senator for Queensland with One Nation
With a long history of seeking the truth, Malcolm believes Parliament needs to return to the facts to get back on track. Malcolm’s areas of focus include:
Building dams and water infrastructure such as the Hybrid-Bradfield Scheme and exposing mismanagement of the Murray Darling Basin.
Reducing electricity prices, increasing the supply of reliable energy and ending the government obsession with renewables.
Ending the control of unelected bureaucrats over Australia’s way of life, exiting the United Nations and restoring our sovereignty.
Opposing full foreign ownership of Australian land and forcing multinational companies to pay their fair share of tax.

“The decades of Government inaction on issues in the, ‘too hard’ basket is killing our country. We’re not afraid to listen and take up the things affecting Australians everyday.”
With a strong background in engineering, mining and business leadership, Malcolm brings a real world perspective to Parliament that the ranks of major party lawyers and former union bosses miss.
He has led the operational development of Australia’s largest and most complex underground coal project, setting many new industry firsts.
After being disqualified along with 14 others from sitting in Parliament in the 2017-18 eligibility crisis, Malcolm campaigned for election again in 2019 where he was successful with a huge increase in vote.

This is my motto
Will we ever see a red wave in Australia too?
I think their entire mantra is based on mis and disinformation.
You have to have a uterus to carry a baby men don’t have a uterus
That time is limited! The tide from USA revolution is on the way to Australia. Thank you, Senator. We need a Deam Team with your leadership. 😉
That belief should be enough to sack them! And house them appropriately for others safety!
Tells you everything about them.
Completely ludicrous, a bill to discourage people from questioning.
When is an opinion not an opinion? In my opinion many of us were being censored, blocked and having our posts deleted a few years ago for sharing our well researched and formed opinions on these pages - particularly in relation to a medical procedure being ‘safe and effective’. We were told that we had been ‘fact checked’ and in the ‘opinion’ of the fact checkers, we could not say the things we had said. The irony now is that time and evidence obtained through FOYIA request and Supreme Court order, has shown that the things we were saying in our opinion were actually true. Despite that, many are still of the opinion that the procedure is ‘safe and effective’ and, it appears, they will never change their opinion in that regard. An opinion is simply a view or judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge. It can be accepted or not accepted by others, we all benefit from the wider exchange of opinions and ideas and the World progresses and is much better off because of it. Any attempt to block those opinions remains an affront to humanity and the intellectual growth of our society.
I’ve got a perfect swear word! It’s LABOUR
Keep fighting for us Malcom
If that doesn't put 💩into perspective... I don't know what would 🤔
Where/who is the game creator that gives the terms (words) and defines them? We have socially accepted words and definitions which are traditionally passed down and used generally, and then we have officially inscribed terms with official definitions, which are used in commercial contractual agreements. Two languages which appear similar on the surface.
I think Albo wants to be, “a little bit George Orwell” They can take bribe money for elections, receive upgrades for flights and now want to destroy free speech to protect their lying corrupt political hides.
I think you all work together
I think the Tooth fairy has been filling their brain with crap ..
This is what happens when they cannot govern
Absolutely agree
Why do so many Australians think this dangerous mob are doing a good job???

Accurate and very, very concerning and must be prevented.
Delusional..
During this session, basic answers were provided, but little interest was shown in understanding the potential environmental catastrophe at hand. I was simply referred to the department's submission to the fire ant inquiry.
When I posed questions, Officials showed minimal interest in providing answers. They frequently redirected questions to the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and appeared unaware of the gravity of the issues raised.
Some of the questions were taken on notice, but I was offered little substantive information. It was clear that they were not fully informed on their responsibilities and showed little genuine concern for environmental protection.

It should be a simple yes we will stop funding until environmental impact assessment is completed. What's wrong with these people that have to take every question on notice .
I bet she’s never been out of her office except for coffee
The EPA would be all over me as a pest controller and I’d sure as he’ll be held accountable. Yet apparently because it’s a government strategy it’s perfectly acceptable to poison the environment. Also the approach from the beginning has been wrong. Indiscriminate poisoning doesn’t work. Invicta will create a raft and float on water. That’s why they spread. The spread of poison is called inversion drift anyone who lives near a cropping environment knows this. The invicta builds a nest anything up to 2 metres below ground. They do however respond readily a vibrational threat which could have been utilised in the initial instance of discovery. A bit more challenging now. As for passing the buck to another department. That seems to be a standard practice for government on all levels. Anything on notice basically means I don’t give a fig and I’ll do nothing about Looking forward to the day any these bureaucratic ticks are held to account. As if that’ll ever happen. Do the math on how many penalty points would be dished out to an individual.
oh they are so frustrating. Quite happy to implement programmes but run away when held accountable.
Its scary how they are forging ahead bullying everyone despite so much proof that this is harmful on massive scale! They are not scared of accountability and consequences at all!
Another bureaucratic blunder, where over educated under experienced people are just going through the motions poisoning the country without really knowing the consequences of their actions
This whole take it on notice BS has got to stop they should have the answers ready to go
Ok, so when questions are taken on notice, is there a reasonable time frame in which we, the people, are assured an answer or are these public servants not obligated to give any answer ever?
How ignorant are these people?? Program successful??? Sure, it's like throwing an A-bomb to eradicate an ants nest....🤦 and these are the people in charge of our environment 🙄. They don't give a rat's about the environment or it's inhabitants- only their positions - which they don't deserve if they can't do it properly!!
The whole system needs to be dismantled as all I'm seeing is criminal activity and they can take that on notice
Sounds like they collect a pay check each week and do nothing for it! So over this corporation pretending to be govt of the people. They need locking up!
So her answer to stopping fire ants destroying the environment is to destroy the environment. Not very "scientific" to me.
Can't stand use of sprays ...and her absolute ignorance of the impact across species and community recreation spaces.
This is devastation on a grand scale shame on the 🤬
Why is she even speaking if it has "NO IDEA" . sack it now 🤬
Think it's time for these peoples money to be stopped, we want answers now, not taken on notice, who are the stake holders, stop payments to them now
What a load of crap i had contact with dpi yrs ago in regards to these ants in fnq the fruit bowl of Australia, they didn't really give a xxxx back then in 2019 ..except for a kit was sent to me to collect them & post the ant back & no once was there any follow up... Now this ....
Wow! Just wow! What is she aware of?
what is the name of the chemical used
Maybe whats killing the millions of earth worms during last nites toxic rain will sort them ants if not everything else..smelt toxic when it came down
Show us the proof???
Duck shoving again, what exactly are we paying these people for exactly, i'd like to know! and how did these Fire Ants mange to get themselves into Australia, did they take the same route as the Cane Toads did.. 🤔🤔
Another Govt approved "safe and effective" product.. and aerial spraying, omg!
Good grief : what does this mean for human health , the UK has banned it etc ,
So sick of useless bureaucrats who can’t answer a straightforward question but duck and dodge and pass the buck. They need to be gotton rid of ASAP!!!!
It's time we stop apologising and challenge the establishment, reclaiming our freedom from the grip of control.
Together, we can resist tyranny and protect our liberties from overreach like internet IDs and social credit systems.
Let's be the rebels who defend truth and justice for all.

Australian Human Rights Commission. The UN General Assembly adopted the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) on 16 December 1966. ICCPR Article 19 states: 1. Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference. 2. Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression; this right shall include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of art, or through any other media of his choice. 3. The exercise of the rights provided for in paragraph 2 of this article carries with it special duties and responsibilities. It may therefore be subject to certain restrictions, but these shall only be such as are provided by law and are necessary: (a) For respect of the rights or reputations of others; (b) For the protection of national security or of public order, or of public health or morals. Freedom of Opinion and Expression General Comment 34 on Article 19 emphasises that freedom of expression and opinion are the foundation stone for a free and democratic society and a necessary condition for the promotion and protection of human rights. This General Comment addresses in detail: · freedom of opinion · freedom of expression · freedom of expression and the media · the right to access to information · the importance of freedom of expression in a democratic society · the application of Article 19.3 on permissible limitations on freedom of information and expression · the scope for limitations on freedom of expression in certain areas · the relationship between articles 19 and 20. Freedom of information, expression & democracy General Comment No. 25 deals with freedom of expression in the context of participation in public affairs and the right to vote. The Human Rights Committee has stated that: Citizens also take part in the conduct of public affairs by exerting influence through public debate and dialogue with their representatives or through their capacity to organize themselves. This participation is supported by ensuring freedom of expression, assembly and association. In order to ensure the full enjoyment of rights protected by article 25, the free communication of information and ideas about public and political issues between citizens, candidates and elected representatives is essential. This implies a free press and other media able to comment on public issues without censorship or restraint and to inform public opinion. It requires the full enjoyment and respect for the rights guaranteed in articles 19, 21 and 22 of the Covenant, including freedom to engage in political activity individually or through political parties and other organizations, freedom to debate public affairs, to hold peaceful demonstrations and meetings, to criticize and oppose, to publish political material, to campaign for election and to advertise political ideas. Legal Protections for freedom of expression Common law protection A well-established principle of statutory interpretation in Australian courts is that Parliament is presumed not to have intended to limit fundamental rights, unless it indicates this intention in clear terms. This includes freedom of expression. See our page on common law rights and parliamentary scrutiny. Constitutional law protection The Australian Constitution does not explicitly protect freedom of expression. However, the High Court has held that an implied freedom of political communication exists as an indispensable part of the system of representative and responsible government created by the Constitution. It operates as a freedom from government restraint, rather than a right conferred directly on individuals. In Nationwide News Pty Ltd v Wills (1992) 177 CLR 1 and Australian Capital Television Pty Ltd v the Commonwealth (1992) 177 CLR 106, the majority of the High Court held that an implied freedom of political communication exists as an incident of the system of representative government established by the Constitution. This was reaffirmed in Unions NSW v New South Wales [2013] HCA 58. Protection in State and Territory human rights laws Section 16 of the Human Rights Act 2004 (ACT) states that: 1. Everyone has the right to hold opinions without interference. 2. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless of borders, whether orally, in writing or in print, by way of art, or in another way chosen by him or her. The rights in this act are subject to section 28: 1. Human rights may be subject only to reasonable limits set by Territory laws that can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society. 2. In deciding whether a limit is reasonable, all relevant factors must be considered, including the following: 3. the nature of the right affected; b. the importance of the purpose of the limitation; c. the nature and extent of the limitation; d. the relationship between the limitation and its purpose; e. any less restrictive means reasonably available to achieve the purpose the limitation seeks to achieve. Section 15 of the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006 (Vic) provides: 1. Every person has the right to hold an opinion without interference. 2. Every person has the right to freedom of expression which includes the freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, whether within or outside Victoria and whether- (a) orally; or (b) in writing; or (c) in print; or (d) by way of art; or (e) in another medium chosen by him or her. 1. Special duties and responsibilities are attached to the right of freedom of expression and the right may be subject to lawful restrictions reasonably necessary- (a) to respect the rights and reputation of other persons; or (b) for the protection of national security, public order, public health or public morality.
Vigorous resistance is essential!
Go Malcolm they need to be stopped now. People have had enough

Today in ‘finally, some good news,’ infamous extremist and Sandy Hook denier Alex Jones has lost what’s left of his farce of a media company to possibly the funniest possible option: The Onion. The satirical news site won the bankruptcy auction to take control of Jones’ rubble of a media empire, Free Speech Systems. Ben Collins, the chief executive of The Onion’s parent company Global Tetrahedron, said in an interview that the new InfoWars will be a parody of itself, mocking ‘weird internet personalities’ like Jones. The cherry on this delicious cake is that the purchase was sanctioned by the family members of the Sandy Hook victims, the group Jones owes $1.5 billion to for all the conspiracy theories he spread about the loss of their loved ones during the 2012 school shooting. The families sued Jones in 2018 for defamation and, of course, he didn’t have that money, so in 2022 he filed for bankruptcy. The sale of his company was part of the liquidation of his assets to pay off the verdicts.
I apologise for nothing
As a person once said it is time now.
Nice appearance on the onion Senator Malcolm Roberts. I guess your buddy shouldn't have mouthed off about dead kids.
The whole treasonous grubernment needs to be removed and the corporate Westminster system eradicated
That interview is a classic!👊💯😎
Senator Malcolm Roberts Malcolm, does the Age Verification go to the Senate like the MAD Bill???
Awareness and ability to see through the illusions and programming from the ruling class will help you not to be enslaved. Set yourself free from the prison of their ideas and false control. My soul isn't for sale.
Yep. Cooker fighting against non-existent problems.
I can't wait to get my freedom back, oh wait, I haven't lost any
Definitely 💯 👍🏿. I’m a proud Indigenous man and it’s so totally wrong of this current PM running this country looking to appease my fellow indigenous peoples with reparations for past wrongs. Why should they be paid monies for something they never went through or suffered ?…..as long as nothing like that doesn’t happen again ever….we as Australians must move forward together as it will only escalate the real division we currently have.
okay, so originally we couldn’t buy an ev motor vehicle because they were considered woke, but now that Musk is running America we can purchase a Tesla?
👍
