Then i propose a bill for the people of Australia. No bill can be tabled or voted upon, without a minimum of 85% minister attendance, at time of raising and voting upon said bill. If the min numbers not met, at voting on bill, then it is stricken from records and has a 6 month ban from being tabled again. Also, All and any members not present, must supply justifiable cause for abscences from tabling/voting, and if found to be insufficient reasoning, expelled from their positions immediately, without pension or pay. Can you table that please Mr Roberts?
