Heard on the ABC today that refugees who only have visas are complaining as they aren't being covered enough by Medicare - did they pay their taxes in this country - no - then no medicare.

I pay $95 up in Mildura and it's going up the clinic said from July 1st , I get about $34 back . If I pay yearly it's $180 or family $380. If I see specialist it's like nearly $280 up here then after it's about $140 a visit. Issue not paying even tho like it be lot less , the issue Albo today about free gp visits it's a lie

I wondered about something like this. Mum went into hospital. Stayed the day. Then they sent her home asking her to come back next day. I figured 2 days counts as 1 patient in. Split them and that counts as 2 patients admitted. They had beds empty by the way.

If they bring in bulk billing they will make you pay for other things like tests. They always shift the money to something else.

And all those private patients get their hospital date and then switch to the public system, so it saves them money. If you have private health you shouldn't be able to switch to the public system and use it. No wonder there are 3 year waiting lists in some hospitals in NSW.

Did you know that doctors are only giving there patients 5mins if there lucky,and if they need more time they have to make another appointment, the medical centre is like a assembly line its disgusting, and also people paying private medical still pay for many bills and can't claim these, hospital cover organisations need to be investigated as well
