Letter to Minister Greg Hunt: Stop Gain of Function Research

Dear Minister Hunt. I draw your attention to an article published in the Australian today[1], which states that “CSIRO and several Australian universities have engaged in at least 10 joint projects with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the past decade, a laboratory that US intelligence has linked to the Chinese military and which is suspected of being at the centre of the Covid-19 outbreak.”
The same article states “a spokesperson for Mr Hunt said he had ordered a review of “gain-of-function” research in Australia by the National Health and Medical Research Council.”

There is no climate emergency

The Greens will never stop their fear mongering about the collapse of the world. They’ve still never provided evidence that CO2 from human emissions presents a danger and needs to be cut. Transcript As a servant to the people of Queensland and Australia, I want to discuss this issue which, at its core—quoting from the […]

There is no “Climate Collapse”

First it was the hole in the ozone layer, then global warming, then it was climate change, now it’s climate collapse. Alarmists keep moving the goalposts because their claims are simply not true. I spoke to this in the Senate last week. Transcript As a servant to the people of Queensland and Australia, I’ll discuss […]

ANZAC Day: Lest We Forget

Last week I talked to Marcus Paul about ANZAC Day, the decision to tear up Victoria’s Chinese belt and road deal and how our politicians have no vision for this country. Transcript on my website: https://www.malcolmrobertsqld.com.au/anzac-day-lest-we-forget/ Transcript [Marcus] As we do each and every Thursday, we catch up with One Nation Senator Malcolm Roberts, G’day […]

Grilling Climate Change at Senate Estimates

Senate Estimates is a great chance for me to grill these climate agencies and get very specific about the evidence that they base their policies on. This year, we saw yet again that they love to duck and weave, but won’t actually provide me with the evidence. I talked about this on Marcus Paul last […]

Questioning the Bureau of Meteorology at Senate Estimates

I’m down in Canberra at Senate Estimates this week. Over many years now I have consistently grilled the Bureau of Meteorology at Estimates over their methodology in ‘homogenising’ or changing raw temperature data. These changes include adjustments to make the recorded temperatures colder in earlier years and warmer in more recent years, making the supposed […]

GREENS LAUNCH ATTACK ON… Trucks?

Let’s have a bit of fun with some facts. Neither H2O, water, nor CO2, carbon dioxide, is a pollutant. Neither water nor carbon dioxide is a pollutant. The two products from burning hydrocarbon fuels—coal, oil, natural gas—are water and carbon dioxide.

China take advantage of weak Australian governments

Transcript  I move: That the Senate notes that the current dispute between China and Australia is more deep-seated than a trade spat involving wine, coal and timber. The motion I moved is the opening paragraph in Robert Gottliebsen’s newspaper article in The Australian yesterday, and I’ll quote it again: When China declared that Australia had been “evil” […]

Greens Climate Emergency MOU

Transcript Thank you Mr. Acting Deputy President. And there we have it, a motion and hyperbole, not one bit of science. In serving the people of Queensland and Australia, I wanna firstly point out that The Greens last week wanted to declare a climate emergency because New Zealand did. Not because of the science, but […]

Greens call for a climate emergency

Transcript As a servant to the people of Queensland and Australia, I want to respond to Senator Waters’s speech in which she claimed the need to declare a climate emergency. She’s acting. Her opening statement says it all—’The Greens are moving this motion because the New Zealand government has declared a climate emergency.’ That’s it! […]
