The Government is currently reviewing its ban on the use of Ivermectin in treating COVID-19, but the results will come far too late for something that should have never been banned in the first place.

Senator ROBERTS: My question is to Senator Gallagher, the Minister representing the Minister for Health and Aged Care. Minister, I understand that the TGA is conducting a review of their ban on prescribing ivermectin for COVID. Can the minister confirm this review is underway, state the return date, and advise us of the current advice to medical professionals on the use of ivermectin for COVID-19?
Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Finance, Minister for Women, Manager of Government Business in the Senate and Vice-President of the Executive Council) (14:29): I thank Senator Roberts for the question. I understand the TGA received an application from a doctor to amend the Poisons Standard in relation to ivermectin. I think that kicks off an automatic process. The application is to remove those restrictions that were placed on ivermectin when it began being prescribed to treat COVID-19. So the application is to enable GPs to prescribe it. I think that kicks off a process which is automatic in the TGA. The application is currently open for public consultation until the end of this month. Then it will be discussed by the ACMS at their next meeting on 9 November. An interim decision is expected by February 2023 and a final decision later in 2023. In terms of advice, whilst this process is underway separately there hasn’t been any change to the advice from the TGA that led them to put those restrictions on ivermectin as a prescription for COVID-19. That hasn’t changed.

Senator ROBERTS (Queensland) (14:31): On 31 August this year, the Brazilian University of Sao Paulo published a peer reviewed paper that showed regular use of ivermectin as a prophylaxis for COVID-19 lead to a 92 per cent reduction in COVID-19 mortality rates amongst their sample of 88,000 subjects. A 92 per cent reduction in mortality. Minister, how much more proof does this government need to overturn the ban on ivermectin today and stop costing lives?
Senator GALLAGHER (Australian Capital Territory—Minister for the Public Service, Minister for Finance, Minister for Women, Manager of Government Business in the Senate and Vice-President of the Executive Council) (14:31): I have full trust and faith in the processes that the TGA implement, in terms of making advice and recommendations, and, in this case, in placing restrictions on the use of ivermectin. There is a range of academic research, and not all of it would be putting the case as you put it. I’ve seen other studies that have been done that show there is no clinical benefit from using ivermectin. That is not unusual with some of these trials; it isn’t unusual to have a significant difference of opinion.
From my point of view, the TGA has served us very well through this pandemic. They have provided very good advice. Their processes are rigorous and thorough. This process that’s now underway will, I’m sure, look at the issues that have been raised by this doctor, but, as far as I can see, there’s no reason to change. (Time expired)

Senator ROBERTS (Queensland) (14:32): Whether separate from or part of a royal commission, will you conduct an enquiry into the failure of medical advice on ivermectin and, specifically, on who made the decision to ban ivermectin and who is responsible for the harm that came from the decision? When will you apologise to the politicians and medical professionals who were right all along?

I don’t accept the position you are putting here, Senator Roberts. I understand you have a particular view on this, but I believe that the Therapeutic Goods Administration have operated very well during this pandemic. The Prime Minister has made it clear that, at the right time—when we are through the pandemic—we will definitely have a review of some sort looking at our response to the pandemic.
But I do not accept the proposition that you are putting about the use of ivermectin. The evidence that’s before the TGA is that there did need to be restrictions placed on it. It’s not the only drug where there are restrictions placed. There are other medicines that cannot be prescribed by GPs, or they have to go through a process. Based on the information the TGA has provided, they see good reason to put those restrictions. That other process, which I spoke of in the first answer, will report back on those dates that I’ve outlined.
Your statements in parliament may eventually prove useful, Malcolm. I hope that various ministers and members of the TGA, ATAGI, and AHPRA will one-day face court for the mass murder caused by the shots and the denial of early Covid 19 treatment options. They will try to claim that nobody could have anticipated the problems and that the science changed. Your speeches will demonstrate that both these defensive statements are false, as you knew the information and they should have known it too as you advised them on record. Well done. They would have had access to ivermectin. I feel sure of that.
I had sourced Invermectin and my family members used it when their antigen test registered a positive.
All had mild effects. I note the one person who didn’t use it had to go to hospital.
I also had access to ivermectin and used it when I co reacted covid, my symptoms were extremely mild, a slight headache and just one day where I had a fever. I have a couple of underlying medical issues and using the Ivermectin along with regular Vitamin D, C, Zinc, Tumeric and CoQ10 basically stopped the covid in its tracks. Others I know who weren’t using these protocols did become quite unwell due to covid and they are all triple jabbed while others that are unjabbed , who had contracted covid had very few symptoms due to using the ivermectin and vitamin supplements but also that they were unjabbed and their immune systems were at full strength not like those that have been jabbed who were mostly worse due to their immune system having been compromised by the Experimental Gene Therapies
Ivermectin was quietly added back to list of antivirals available for covid 19 in the USA.
TGA approval for vaccine was super quick ivermectin, very slow.

Re Ivermectin…For your records…my whole adult and extended family (about 20) took the jab for job option, mostly only two jabs…While I and my sister, in our 70s, remain pure-bloods.
Since then, the family have all suffered on-going debilitating flu…except my sister and I, who have not had a cold or flu in four years…When the first signs of flu symptoms appear, we take our ivermectin and voile’…

Ivermectin has a long track record throughout the world as safe. I believe the Japanese scientist won a Nobel prize for the discovery of this. For C-19 it is safe, cheap and effective. Uttar Pradesh, Japan, Honduras and a few others have had success with ivermectin. Robert Malone realised from the beginning that a safe and effective vaccine could not be designed and produced in time, so he along with the FLCCC (USA) immediately researched existing drugs for prophylactic. Ivermectin works by greatly inhibiting viral replication and inflammation.
With a safe existing treatment available, Emergency Use Authorisation would not be legal for the vaccine (which had already been patented!). Also liability is taken care of for the drug companies if you consent to partake in Medical Experimentation. There was never any informed consent. This is not a vaccine. This is gene therapy. Fauci about a year ago changed on the NIH website the definition of vaccine to accomodate for gene therapy.
The vaccine spike protein enters the nucleus of the cells and down regulates DNA damage repair and subverts the immune system. Swedish study early November 2021. The spike protein is then reverse transcribed into DNA.

TGA,ATAGI,AMA,AHPRA. TGA forbids Ivermectin which is successfully proved in Brazil and Africa. We have past parliamentary leaders selling of Australia to foreign entities, we have the signing away our rights to the WEF & the U.N. We have had the foreign entities including the pharmaceuticals, Ahpra and governing bodies taken over, and then came the threat of a deadly virus which turns out was man made re gain of function all for the benefit of profiteering. Senator Gallagher’s reply is a disgrace. How many more Australians are going to die of Covid before a decision on the use of Ivermectin, stated to come after February 2023 ? There were 14,421 Covid deaths up until 09 September 2022, the last figure given on the Federal Health web site. Many of these could probably have been avoided if the Governments had not ensured that the Covid jab as the only available treatment. The deaths probably now exceed 15,000 persons, once living and now dead and buried.
Through 2020, with no vaccine in use, the deaths were 909 for the year. This consisted of a spate of 97 deaths up until 06 May followed by only 9 deaths for the 75 days through until 11 July, definitely not a pandemic. Then followed a serious sequence of 798 deaths through until 14 October 2020, a period of 96 days. Remarkably for the next 281 days to 22 July 2021, there were only 11 more deaths.
Meanwhile the Federal Government had taken delivery of a large number of an experimental gene therapy injection for which there was no human trial data given in spite of the gene therapy having never provided a cure for any known medical condition. Doctors where prohibited from giving any treatment for Covid other that the gene therapy injection, called a vaccine after the definition of vaccine was conveniently changed.
The gene therapy injections commenced on about 22 February 2021 with a follow-up second injection given in the later part of that year. Thereafter the number of deaths gradually increased to a total of 1330 deaths for the year 2021.
A third ‘booster’ injection was made available at the end of 2021, resulting in a dramatic increase in deaths to a maximum of 134 in one day alone, 28 January 2022, part of a total of 1220 deaths for the 31 days of January clearly demonstrating that the infection failed to stop infection and subsequent death and possibly caused or contributed to the Covid deaths. This was confirmed by a fourth ‘booster’ injection later in the year giving rise to 157 deaths on the single day 29 July 2022, part of a sum of 4005 deaths for the 62 days July-August 2022, a damning indictment of the incompetence of the Federal and State Governments.

TGA pushed Injections for babies and young children yet there is much proof around the world that 1,these innocents neither carry nor spread the virus. In fact their immune systems are naturally very strong. 2,how many of these arrogant bureaucrats are scientists or doctors? 3,Ivermectin is a proven and prize winning drug which from personal,family experience we know to be very effective,4,I don’t recall voting TGA to dictate what goes into any individuals body. Hi Malcolm I am so happy to see you tackling APHA on their stance on ivermectin. I am a 80 year old lady with heart problems, Pulmonary Fibrosis and emphysema and unjabbed. I contracted Covid in May and was quite sick but my son managed to get ivermectin for me (first time in my life I have taken illegal drugs) and I was quickly on the mend. I feel if this drug was able to cure me at my age and with all my health problems just think what good it could have been to the community. So often I hear people say I had Covid if I hadn’t had the vaccine I might have died while I bite my tongue and think if I hadn’t been lucky enough to get ivermectin it’s was far more likely I would have died.

We had our wonderful Prof Thomas Borody (who was silenced) who had developed a triple therapy for treating Covid. I refer to your response to Senator ROBERTS regarding the use of ivermectin, with zinc, in preventing and curing covid-sars-2 and nuovo-covid-19. Please do not forget the zinc. The withdrawn Lancet and the W.H.O. studies dishonestly left out the zinc.
Although your responses to Senator Roberts were based upon your perceptions and having seen some studies, I want to look at what is daily being revealed at an accelerating rate.
Because you are not a medical scientist, let alone a scientist, I would like to bring you beyond this previous understanding into the present.
Our understanding of what went wrong is accelerating in its revelation as scientists, lawyers, etc. delve into the situation.
Current actuarial mathematical science has revealed that, for those who have received the sars-covid-injection, the inoculated have a 50% chance of survival beyond 5 Years.
If you received an injection, then you have a 50% chance of survival beyond 5 years from when you were injected.
During last week, an FoI request response, which was previously redacted, was released showing that the Pfizer injection was made and tested in China by the Chinese Communist Party.
Earlier this year, Pfizer was ordered by a U.S. court to immediately release all of its research findings, for which Pfizer previously requested a 75-year embargo on the material.
In the multitude of tens of thousands of pages of this Pfizer material, researchers very recently found that in a Pfizer study of the efficacy and safety of their injection upon a cohort of pregnant women, there were 40% still births. Pfizer claimed that their injection was “safe and effective” for pregnant women. As a woman, or a mother, one would expect you to be incensed at this. One would expect that you would want an enquiry into what went on. Or, as an ALP politician, you may consider that unborn children are disposable through abortion.
Pfizer had hidden this result by declaring this adverse event as “resolved”. That is, the adverse injury event was resolved with the death of the baby.
Discoveries like this are being revealed daily at an accelerating rate. Forget your previous perceptions. They are just that; perceptions or vague unsubstantiated intuition. What a scientist might call “an hypothesis” that may or may not be open to testing.
I procured my own Ivermectin Dispersible Tablets, Zinc Acetate Tablets & Doxycycline Capsules IP. When administered to a person, who tested positive for covid, s/he recovered in 2 days. S/he sought a test to obtain a certificate for time off work.
The Australian citizens definitely deserve a review that is far more than being “of some sort” for looking at our response to the pandemic.

After 140 emails and counting that I have sent to both Professor Skerritt and Kelly as well as the TGA still no reply. I have sent a tsunami of evidence; including but not limited to peer reviewed studies on ivermectin (early treatments) and the dangerous experimental gene therapy (covid 19 vaccine) together with evidence from world wide studies and data which clearly demonstrates how this phase 3 clinical trial of the covid 19 vaccine is going. Essentially my only reply from any one was on one occasion professor Paul Kelly agreed with my Vitamin D paper. He agreed Vit D is good in a treatment protocol for covid 19; yet he will not support vitamin D in any treatment.
The Intellectual level of these baboons seems to be equivalent to an IQ of 40 (40–54 = Moderately impaired or delayed) or they have a conflict of interest and love the power they have been given. Personally I believe it is because of all three reasons stated. God Help us and may justice come to those that have terrorised us.
