The Inconvenient TRUTH. Credit Scotty Barr There has been no lawfully appointed Government since Federation, thanks to Western Australia, they were the last state to join the Federation before our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901 was proclaimed and Gazetted. Here is why. this research was carried out By Wayne Glew, one of the most conversant people on the laws contained in the above constitution. Before Federation, there were only 6 colonies of England here. And when they became States at federation they had in place their individual Constitutions brought forward from their previous Status as Colonies. Queen Victoria set these Constitutions under her letters patents, which means that only a Monarch re: Herself before her death could alter them or remove them, and those monarchs of England after her gained that privilege while they were on the throne of England. and at present it is King Charles III of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who Holds these letters patents. So, Western Australia removed 32 Clauses from their original Constitution prior to Federation, without approval from Queen Victoria, thus breaching the Letters patent and thus annulled Western Australia as a lawful State Entity. Therefore, instead of there being 6 Lawful States at Federation, There were only 5 lawful States. Now when you read the Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and Gazetted, to hold a Federal Election it clearly says that the candidates must be picked from the 6 States of the Commonwealth, But we only have 5 Lawful States at federation, so! Therefore there could not be an election held to form a Federal Government from then until now as there must be 6 lawful States involved in a Federal Election. So the provision to hold Elections for the Federal Parliament was breached. s. 128 of our 1901 Constitution says that the only way our Constitution can be altered is through s.128 via a referendum. But even if there was a referendum it would be invalid because only a Monarch can Change the letters patent. Since Federation all the States have removed their original Constitutions under letters patents without the Consent of our Monarchs since federation. Therefore there are no Lawful State Legislatures or Federal Legislatures. All sit in treason. Also, these unlawful Legislatures sign up to many foreign powers without asking the people via s.128. And by doing so they breached s 44 of the Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and gazetted, and also clause 5 of the preamble to our constitution. there are no such entities as governments, prime ministers, premiers, chief ministers or Magistrates, and the ACT and the Northern Territory do not exist in Constitutional law, there had to be referendums carried out for those possibilities. so they both sit in treason of our Constitution. There is much more evidence of treachery and treason folks. Many thanks for reading we need to take our Country back. It follows that if we accept the above as fact and can be proven via research and documentation, then How to vote becomes redundant, pointless, unless of course the population at large want to continue to contribute to their own demise and end up in total slavery. Following this path of self destruction is inevitable if that path is followed. Can't fix stupid, WA chose labour again. I can't believe it though as everyone we spoke to stated they were not voting labour. I believe it's rigged or people or just plain stupid and don't want to change as they just vote what their parents have voted for which is labour.

In WA the school where i placed my vote, They had representatives from Labour, Liberal, and Christians. Nothing from O/N, no local independents, no nationals. The majority of voters were carrying their how to vote Labour pamphlets. Young and old. If change is not made rapidly we will also have another term of Albo at the helm.

W.A elections- I've read a lot of booths ran out of ballot papers, refused entry to anyone that wore keep the sheep shirts, marked people off even though they didn't vote due to no ballotpapers, told people to only place 1 number on the ballot paper. Remote polling booths not getting to the location so people had to drive 800km trips. There seems to be a lot of rorting happening in favour for Labor eg changing electoral boundaries to favour Labor and changing the ballot paper to suit them.😤 if this is the case and Shane Love mp posted about it. There should be a re vote and this one called null en void. Democracy my backside 🤬

I am blessed that I was born in the 50's so that I can witness the major events since my birth. Cyclones; bush fires; very cold winters (late 60's and 70's) and very hot summers with no AC (60's - 80's) There have been much fewer cyclones in current times and nothing in my memory has ever been more extreme than cyclone Tracy. The media hype about all things weather just blows me away.

Seriously, anyone who believes Malcolm Roberts, needs help. Malcolm isn't here to help people, he is here to push some weird ideological belief, that never makes sense. Whilst EV drivers are running their cars for $1 per 100km (and even less with their solar), Malcolm still wants us to believe it's better to spend $14 per 100km, to buy petrol, with most of that being spent overseas. The Earth's atmosphere is a closed loop, just like a person house (or maybe even a green house). Add extra heat into that closed room, and things are not going to be the same. This is grade 4 stuff, but Malcolm refuses to grasp it. There's a very good reason why Malcolm is always telling his followers how smart people are doing so well, it's because his followers do the dumb things that Malcolm suggests.

When I was a teenager me and my Dad would go surfing when there was cyclones out to sea, it would be a cyclone season every year around January to February. They never really made land fall. This was in the mid to late 90's. Rarely hear of one coming down the coast now.

Most relevant agencies, academics and science organisations actually recognise this trend…. I think when posting charts it’s useful and fair to actually quote its source so people are able to read the full article in context rather than have it misrepresented by cherry picking one chart from it and potentially having it taken out of context……That is basic academic due diligence and the proper way to promote fair, technical discussion around facts…. What the chart does not tell you and can’t tell you is how severe cyclones may be becoming in our cyclone regions - there are actually two main regions that have different characteristics and potential trends. Sure there is somewhat of a reducing trend in severe cyclones but what this does not tell you is how severe the cyclones are….There could be a smaller number of stronger cyclones but the chart does not inform one way or the other….. Equally you could also post another dataset/chart that is also relevant at the moment that is truthful around increasing SSTs on the east coast of Australia…..Some food for thought around cyclones being able to migrate further south because of warmer waters existing further south than usual….cyclones feed off warm water once created….
